Soak up the culture of small-town Europe without ever leaving home.

Strada is an 8-storey mixed-use rental residential development with retail at street level, located in Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood. We chose the name Strada to reflect the vibrancy and energy of College Street itself. This boutique rental residence looks and feels the part: tufted leather sofas and rich wood details, a bustling cafe right in the lobby, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away from it all.

RioCan Living approached us with the task of defining the look & feel of Strada that communicates that the brand is lively, stylish, and cosmopolitan. The goal was to document this through a brand guidelines that was inspired by the Italian and contemporary neighbourhood where future residents will find themselves.
